Kickoff Meeting and Site Preparation
Before anything happens, we will have a meeting with the team to talk about the details of your drive start-up. We will give you a checklist to prepare your drive so that start-up can happen as soon as our technician arrives.

On-site Drive Start-up
Next, a Rockwell Automation Authorized Service Provider Service Technician will commission your drive. They will ensure that they review and follow all of the parameters with care.

Extended Parts Warranty
After the Start-up, your drive receives a warranty for up to three years from the start-up date.

• Perform a physical inspection and verify correct drive and motor installation before applying power
• Ensure all control wiring is properly landed at input and output terminals
• Confirm motor line feed cabling and check for isolation transformers if required
• Adjust drive and motor parameters to match your application specs and safe operating limits
• Run the drive across its full speed range to validate proper operation
• Load network communication settings (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet) if applicable
