The Lutron Maestro Dual Technology Motion Sensor Switch uses both ultrasonic waves and passive infrared (PIR) technology to ensure reliable automatic sensing for a single circuit. This sensor switch is single pole only and rated to control up to 6A of lighting or 4.4A (1/6HP) fan motors. The sensor has a 180-degree field of view (900 sq ft major motion & 400 sq ft minor motion coverage) and is covered with a tamper resistant lens.
