Certain airborne contaminants can diminish integrity of acrylic. Construction: Rugged light gray polycarbonate housing with continuous poured gasket for an airtight seal, keeping out moisture, dust and humidity. Cold-rolled steel enclosed wireway included. Provided with one open hole and knockout at opposite end. Optics: UV stablized, impact-resistant, polycarbonate lens. Ten (10) snap-fit polycarbonate latches attach the lens to the housing for a tight seal. Electrical system: Standard electronic ballast (120-277V, 60Hz) ensures no flickering and quiet operation. Starts instantly down to 0..F (-18..C) with two 32W linear T8 lamps and with two 54W linear T5HO lamps (lamps not included). Installation: Two stainless steel mounting brackets included, which allow for flush or chain mounting (chain not included). Listings: UL listed to US and Canadian safety standards.
