Compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) provide the same amount of light (lumens) as regular incandescent lamps but have a lower wattage rating. This means they use less energy and cause less pollution. STANDARD CFLs use 80% less energy than incandescent lamps while lasting 8 to 12 times longer and emitting the same amount of light. CFL lamps allow to significantly reducing maintenance costs. Most of our CFL lamps are made of amalgam which allows for wider operating temperature range and increased colour stability.
