120 VAC Ground Fault Monitor with adjustable response time, adjustable detection current, NO or NC contacts, cast in epoxy. Designed to help locate ground faults quickly. IFT monitor will automatically switch on its alarm light and engage its relay. The monitor's normally open or normally closed contact can be used to signal the fault to your PLC, or to take any other appropriate action (stop the motor concerned, or activate an audible or visual alarm). The monitor will remain in alarm until the reset function is activated. In the event of a total loss of power to the monitor terminals, this will act as a reset. The alarm will remain active as long as voltage is present. Even if the fault disappears, the monitor will retain the alarm function until a complete reset. This function enables you to quickly and accurately identify the source of your leak.
